I was first properly introduced to architecture during my A-Levels whilst I was studying Classics. I found Greek and Roman architecture incredibly fascinating and alluring; it was something I’d never considered studying or even doing as a career. My teacher’s enthusiasm whilst helping me learn about the subject encouraged me to research into it further and consider it seriously.
My main interests include green spaces and sustainability – I feel that we need to nurture and look after the world we are living in especially as climate change is an ever growing problem - I was fortunate enough to have one of my renders featured in an exhibition by Artecology who are heavily involved in these ideals also.
I have worked with Chapman Taylor in London and I absolutely loved it, it has given me motivation to want to succeed in this field of work. In the future I would love to be able to specialise in architecture involving landscaping, green spaces or sustainability along with some interior design.
