I chose to study architecture as a degree and pursue it as a future career as it blends the intellectual, the creative and the practical. As a student I am determined to further my knowledge and explore sustainable, affordable solutions for an exploding population and research more into how architecture is about giving form to the places we live.
My main interest in architecture today is working with the way in which modern architecture can sit in harmony with old, historic architecture. I have previously spent time working in practice working on historic restoration and I am currently working in a practice specialising in high end bespoke residential architecture. In my future career I would like to work in creating affordable tailored homes.
